Eymen's Wonder tips #3

WONDER TIPS
Game plan for  kvk

1. When the wonder opens this week you must fight
I won't help anyone hold a wonder that won't practice
Some of you haven't learned how to debuff, speed your rally by 5%
Or when to switch skill trees
It's unfair to all to be put into a support role for a lead that won't put in work to gain skill
2. More points can be earned by burning empires than by holding a wonder
3. Build your cores now.
4. When you pick a wonder to take. ..
Scout the holder
Look at the research
Scout the wonder
Look at the mix in the wonder
Read the boost timer on the report:
If attack is set to expire in minutes it's a good time to plan on attacking
Bam. There are many roles. You don't have to be a wonder holder to make a impact
Filling, and finding targets, and  much more are important
5. Last 10 minutes  of kvk requires tactics of you want to close a wonder
Rather than being pushed out with  a million solo attacks, and running out of time. ..
Pull if you can't hold
Rally in
Once your in with under 5 minutes to go. .. debuff
They can't reach the wonder in time
I prefer in to those moments  to rally in the last 6 minutes. And leave too little time

Eymen's Crafting tips #1

1. When you craft a new set with great stats. Make one helm manually to reduce the inventory space required  to keep a great set bonus
2. Don't gem in the preset. Gem in the inventory. No lag.
3. Put wonder cores in preset one and two. Because scout bombs can't impact you while loading core
4. Build your cores before you log off. Never be without  at least one set to attack with
I keep a core for each type and all are gemmed
5. Craft one core for the end of kvk. ..a skill tree with March  debuff . ..prevent a solo from pushing you out
(Normally i used defense gear)
6. Situations call for changes. Holding a wonder vs. Attacking a wonder. Not the same tree

And make sure to ask your guys to bless with health and defense

WHAT ARE THEY ON ABOUT?

So often, players who have been on the game for a while use terminology and shortenings that can be very confusing. I will start a glossary of in-line terms which I will add to on request or as I recognise a need.

Cap a hero - to capture or have a hero captured.
Rein a player - Reinforce a player or the wonder.
Wonder - The central citadel in each empire that is contested by alliances. The leader of the ruling alliance is the King of the empire.
R4 (R5 - R1) - Ranks in the alliance. There is one leader who is the R5. R4:s are the day to day leaders(managers) of the alliance.

Eymen's Wonder tips #1

The first question about fighting at the wonder:
What size is big enough?
Answer:  Any player with gold can participate. Even a player with only one troop.
Examples ..
Rein maker accounts, sets a rally of 8 hours on the wonder (this is for a farm account). The eight hour aides the team by allowing reinforcements to be speed in by the wonder holding team, and small players that use gold to help speed.

Under the alliance page you'll find the word Defend
Anyone can speed in the reinforcements
For this task we ask that you collect copper in the Alliance City Bazaar and buy 75% wings
This is crucial because of the adaptation of the hero less solo attacks prior to a rally
Speeding in rein will save the wonder hold

Porting on top of a resource tile

We have all seen it but how is it done?   you think you have a blocked off alliance box with a resource tile on one side and your alliance members on the others...suddenly, along comes the enemy and lands on top of the "safe, blocked" resource tile.  Now you can do it too.....

1) Bookmark the resource tile you want to port onto.
2) Go to the World Map
3) Select another Kingdom
4) Select the "Enter Kingdom"
5) Select the Wonder there
6) Go to your bookmarks and find the tile you just bookmarked....wait for it.....
...now for the quick bit...
7) Select "Go To"
8) As soon as the area starts to appear where the tile is BUT before the tile actually loads, Click the centre of your screen where the "Go To" will place the tile.
When you do this, you will get the option of "Teleport" - go for it
If you see "Occupy", you were too slow on the click through...try again.

My tip - before you do it, click "Go To" on a couple of bookmarks to work out EXACTLY where the tile will be when you do it...as it will be a blank tile when you need to click on it!
